The third part of the webinar series for the PeopleFluent solution under HRIS Solutions was held last August 6, 2020, where Human Resource Generalist, HR Director, Recruitment Specialists, HR Manager, HR Director, HR Staff, HR Officer, Training Managers from Manufacturing, Financing, Retail, Distribution, Construction, Hotel, Hospital, Real Estate, Exportation, and BPO industries had participated via the Zoom Meeting Room. The webinar entitled, “The New Workplace 3: Leverage Your HR Succession for Sustainable Talent Development Under the New Normal”.

Ms. Rhea Roland, the Business Unit Head for HRS Solutions from the Direc Business Technologies, Inc. (DBTI) was the resource speaker of the said webinar. She talked about the following topics: “Determining the Significance of Succession Planning”, “Digital Trends: What are the advantages of having a Software for your Succession Planning”, and “Pitch Tech: Overview of People Fluent Succession Management”.

She discussed that many organizations had resumed their business continuity plans, and organizations must be prepared and have a back-up plan for your critical positions. Ms. Roland has pointed out why succession is the crucial element for the continuation of the company.
