We are looking for a Product Consultant – HRIS Sales & Solutions to promote and sell People Navee, a homegrown all-in-one HRIS solution that streamlines payroll, employee management, timekeeping, and attendance.
You will handle the full sales cycle, from lead engagement and product demonstrations to proposal development, closing, and post-sales support, helping companies improve and digitize their HR processes.
We are also hiring Cebu-based candidates (Cebuanos are highly encouraged to apply). Selected hires will undergo 3–6 months of training in Manila, followed by deployment in Cebu.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Sales Activities & Client Engagement
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for People Navee HRIS
- Conduct discovery sessions to understand HR workflows, compliance needs, and business challenges
- Deliver product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client HR requirements
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including proposal, negotiation, closing, and post-sales support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders and decision-makers
2. Solution Consulting & Product Expertise
- Develop in-depth knowledge of People Navee HRIS features (payroll, attendance, leave management, employee data)
- Translate HR business requirements into system-based solutions and value propositions
- Position People Navee as a scalable HRIS platform for different industries and company sizes
- Collaborate with implementation and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility
3. Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on HR trends, labor compliance, and HR technology innovations
- Analyze competing HRIS platforms and identify key differentiators
- Identify opportunities for HR digital transformation across manufacturing, retail, and construction industries
4. Sales Targets & Business Development
- Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with HR transformation needs
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution presentations
5. Networking & Partnerships
- Participate in HR events, business forums, and networking activities
- Build relationships with HR professionals, business owners, and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and service delivery
6. Post-Sales Support & Client Success
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation handover
- Provide post-sales support and follow-ups for customer satisfaction
- Support long-term client retention and account growth
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience in HR, HRIS, payroll systems, SaaS, or IT sales
- Exposure to HR processes and systems

Location & Work Setup
- Training: 3–6 months in Quezon City, Metro, Manila
- Deployment: Cebu (after training completion)
- Open to Cebu-based applicants (highly encouraged) and those willing to relocate
