ERP Product Consultant – NetSuite (ERP Sales & Solution Consulting)

We are looking for a Product Consultant – NetSuite to drive ERP sales and solution consulting for cloud-based business management systems powered by Oracle NetSuite. This role is ideal for individuals interested in technology sales, enterprise resource planning (ERP), and digital transformation.

As a Product Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping businesses streamline operations through cloud ERP solutions. You will manage the full sales cycle — from lead nurturing and discovery to product demonstration, proposal development, and post-sales support.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. ERP Sales & Client Engagement
  • Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities for Oracle NetSuite ERP solutions
  • Conduct client discovery sessions to understand business needs, workflows, and pain points
  • Deliver product demos and presentations tailored to client requirements
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including proposal creation, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive customer retention and upselling

  1. Solution Consulting & Product Expertise
  • Develop expertise in NetSuite modules (Finance, Inventory, CRM, Operations)
  • Translate client requirements into customized ERP solutions and value propositions
  • Collaborate with technical and implementation teams to ensure solution feasibility
  • Provide consultative recommendations to improve operational efficiency through ERP adoption

  1. Market Research & Industry Insights
  • Stay updated on ERP trends, SaaS technologies, and digital transformation strategies
  • Analyze competitor ERP platforms and positioning in the market
  • Identify opportunities across industries such as real estate, financial institutions, and hospitality industries

  1. Sales Targets & Business Growth
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue targets
  • Develop strategic sales plans for different industries and client segments
  • Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and solution presentations

  1. Networking & Partnerships
  • Represent the company in industry events, trade shows, and ERP forums
  • Build relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and business leaders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and solution delivery

  1. Post-Sales Support & Client Success
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and implementation handoff
  • Provide post-sales follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Support long-term account growth and retention


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Marketing, or related field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Preferred Experience (Advantage but Not Required)

  • Experience in IT sales, ERP systems, SaaS, accounting software, or business applications
  • Exposure to Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
