Following the webinar series for the PeopleFluent solution under the HRIS Solutions, this webinar entitled, “The New Workplace 4: Managing and Measuring Performance of Future Leaders under the New Normal” and was held last August 13, 2020, via Zoom Meeting room.

The webinar was joined by Human Resource Generalist, HR Director, Recruitment Specialists, HR Manager, HR Director, HR Staff, HR Officer, Training Managers from Manufacturing, Financing, Retail, Distribution, Construction, Hotel, Hospital, Real Estate, Exportation, and BPO industries.

Since this webinar was intended to provide HR solutions to the companies to further improve their approach on Performance Management, the team has invited Ms. Maria Ysael Bordador, an HR Manager from the Cordlife Philippines, to discuss the topics, “Preparing HR Leaders Towards Better Performance Evaluations Amidst the Crisis”, and “Handling Performance Management Cycle During COVID-19”. She shared insights on the trend of remote working setup that has been practiced at every company as many businesses starting to shift to digital channels due to strict social distancing. She added insights as to how HR leaders might face problems in their performance review, and shared how HR leaders can monitor and continue evaluations as planned under the new normal.

Moreover, Ms. Bordador shared ways on how they can handle the performance management cycle during this time of crisiS, given the changes as to how many employees are now taking on new roles that are apart from their job description.

The second speaker was Ms. Rhea Roland, the Business Unit Head for HRIS Solutions to discuss the topic, “Pitch Tech: Overview of People Fluent Performance Management”, and she reiterated how PeopleFluent solution can help the HR leaders in providing a unified view of employee performance and growth towards a better and reliable performance review.
