HR Generalist
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings
- Manage and administer recruitment initiatives to increase the Company’s branding and exposure resulting in increased candidates’ database
- Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate the onboarding procedure
- Conduct post-onboarding interviews and discuss relevant matters with departmental managers to address employee concerns
Talent Management
- Develop and implement processes, programs, and systems in support of talent management and learning and development strategies
- Administer talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources
- Identify the current and future skills requirements of the organization and create flexible learning intervention to meet the diverse needs of the workforce
- Assess training and development needs of the organization by developing and/or facilitating training programs
- Conduct, administer, and participate in employee engagement activities
HR Policies & Other Responsibilities
- Participate, assist in developing and implementation of organizational guidelines and procedures
- Recommend strategies to attract, motivate and retain employees
- Prepare and submit monthly assigned HR reports
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 6 months or a year of related work experience
- Ability to design, implement, research, and evaluate effective learning and development programs
- Excellent coordination, analytical, and networking skills
- With strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent business communication & presentation skills
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
- Must have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology and Business Administration
