HR Generalist

 

Recruitment & Onboarding

 

  • Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for job openings
  • Manage and administer recruitment initiatives to increase the Company’s branding and exposure resulting in increased candidates’ database
  • Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate the onboarding procedure
  • Conduct post-onboarding interviews and discuss relevant matters with departmental managers to address employee concerns

 

Talent Management

 

  • Develop and implement processes, programs, and systems in support of talent management and learning and development strategies
  • Administer talent management programs and systems according to defined strategy and plan, including the creation and delivery of key deliverables, reports, communications, learning materials, and other support resources
  • Identify the current and future skills requirements of the organization and create flexible learning intervention to meet the diverse needs of the workforce
  • Assess training and development needs of the organization by developing and/or facilitating training programs
  • Conduct, administer, and participate in employee engagement activities

 

HR Policies & Other Responsibilities

 

  • Participate, assist in developing and implementation of organizational guidelines and procedures
  • Recommend strategies to attract, motivate and retain employees
  • Prepare and submit monthly assigned HR reports
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • At least 6 months or a year of related work experience
  • Ability to design, implement, research, and evaluate effective learning and development programs
  • Excellent coordination, analytical, and networking skills
  • With strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent business communication & presentation skills
  • Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software
  • Must have a bachelor’s degree preferably in Psychology and Business Administration
