Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Conducts analysis of the customer’s accounting and overall business processes to come up with a blueprint of the project implementation.
  • Communicate with the customer’s project champions for timeline, encountered issues, and proposed solutions. Renders fieldwork for most of the project phase.

 

Implementation of Assigned System and Applications Software

 

  • Planning out the blueprints for software projects, including scoping, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance
  • Conduct business process analysis
  • Help customers evaluate and implement improved processes
  • Direct customers in defining the financial and business processes for software implementations
  • Prepare configuration of database
  • Conduct end-user system training
  • Provide post go-live support
  • Over-all in-charge of the implementation process
  • Provide regular reports to management
  • Other related requirements provided by senior management
  • Customer and Inter-Departmental Collaboration – work together as a team and collaborate with customers and their associates or partners to better deliver the best idea, solution, and service

 

Skills and Qualifications:

 

  • Must hold a degree in Accountancy, Industrial Engineering, Business/Finance Management, or a related field
  • Highly professional individual who is comfortable working with the Executive Management
  • Preferably a Certified Public Accountant
  • Entry-level candidates are considered
  • At least a year of work experience in any standard ERP products and/or HRIS is an advantage
  • Required skills in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Visio, MS SQL Server, any
    ERP/HRIS Software

 

Relevant experience in:

 

  • VAT / Withholding tax filing
  • Payable processing / Cash disbursements o Payroll-related computations
  • Labor laws
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and planning skills
  • Willing to travel or be relocated is an advantage
